What do you think of the elbow pad that Mark Martin has been using?

I think it is groundbreaking and I give him tons of credit for using this technique. Personally, I think it is extremely dangerous and could dislocate the shoulder in accident. Do you think other drivers are the actors?

In fact, it is not the only driver to use this technique. Jeff Burton is the case, and I'm sure some other drivers of the old school to do so, too. And it's not a sissy to use a pad, it is just more intelligent than other drivers to use one, because it does wear out your arm.
